Acest anunt este dedicat pentru persoanele care vor liniste, confort, spatiu si siguranta pentru toata familia.
In primul rand doresc sa va spun cateva cuviinte despre cartierul IBIZA SOL unde este amplasat acest apartament. IBITZA SOL RESIDENCE este situat in nordul orasului Bucuresti si exact in spate la Scoala Americana. De la bun inceput nu s-a dorit un complex mare deoarece s-a vrut obtinerea de liniste pentru toti viitorii proprietari. Pe langa arhitectura inspirata de stilul mediteranean toate spatiile au fost bine gandite, proiectate si executate creand intimitatea fiecarui proprietar. In paralel dezvoltatorul pentru a obtine confortul maxim a realizat in interiorul complexului un spatiu verde de 12.000 mp unde pariintii alaturi de copii isi petrec weekend-urile, amenajand 2 piscine exterioare si sala de fitness prevazuta cu jacuzzi si sauna pentru a nu-ti pierde timpul in trafic. Timpul este foarte pretios pentru noi toti, acest complex ne ofera toate facilitatile pentru a ne petrece cat mai mult alaturi de membrii familiei. Pentru siguranta avem bariera la intrarea in complex cu paza umana si din 50 in 50 metri camere de supraveghere.
Despre apartamentul in cauza pot sa-l descriu in trei cuviinte: SPATIOS, COMPARTIMENTARE, RELAXARE.
SPATIOS: este un apartament aerisit, un apartament cu o inaltime de 3,20 ml si cu un hol lat unde poti sa-ti mai pui un dresing sau in caz ca te vei intersecta cu un membru al familiei sa nu ai acel sentiment de insuficenta de spatiu.
COMPARTIMENTARE: foarte bine impartit. Zona de odihna ce se regaseste in cele 2 dormitoare pozitionate pe est fiind bine despartita de acel hol de zona de zi ce se regaseste pe vest. Un lucru foarte important, daca ne luam dupa punctele cardinale este ca vom avea lumina naturala toata ziua.
RELAXARE: timpul petrecut alaturi de prieteni sau familie se poate desfasura pe terasa proprie la un barbecue care este prevazut cu un cos de fum, pe sezlog la piscina sau iarna langa bardul de Craciun si la gura semineului, acesta din urma fiind construit din fonta si functioneaza cu lemne.
Despre dotari nu prea vreau sa vorbesc mai ales pentru un imobil ca acesta....sunt dotari normale; centrala proprie Weissman, parchet de trafic, tot setul de electrocasnice..etc. Mai important este faptul ca in pret intra si locul de parcare si boxa, amandoua regasindu-se la subsol. Vreau ca pozele sa vorbeasca in locul meu. Inainte de a face programari pentru a viziona aceasta proprietate vreau sa va spun ca se plateste taxa de mentenanta exact ca la toate complex-urile residentiale. In aceasta taxa intra paza, piscina si ingrijirea ei, tot ceea ce inseamna spatiu verde si ingrijirea lui, curatenia pe scara blocului si in tot complexul, sala de forta cu sauna ( nu trebuie sa platiti in plus ), salariile la administrator si la tot personalul.
